I loved this clean and perfect place, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were bright. The location was fantastic for me as it was a short walk to nearby groceries, a 24-hour market, convenience store, and restaurants.

Location is great for nothing more than airport transfer. We used this hotel twice for airport transfers and it was great. If you are looking to stay for a few days, this is not the place for you. There is nothing around the hotel and the prices in the resturant are a little expensive by Thai standards. Overall a great stay, very clean, good staff and very well priced spa. If you are overnighting from BKK this is a great option with free transportation.

The staffs are friendly, courteous, and considerate. They are trained how to interact and deal with their guests.
The toilet and bathroom is too hot! It doesn't have exhaust fan! It's like you are in a sauna! There was cockroaches crawling on the floor of the hallway too! Not so happy with my stay but because it's affordable, i guess it is just fair.

We booked this ideal hotel because of its magnificent location adjacent to local shops and the restaurant. It also was very close to local eating places. The food was good and we enjoyed the variety.

Excellent location, close to airport and lots of cheap restaurants, very good free shuttle service, nice and helpful staff and free wifi in rooms. Very good value for money.

The hotel was nice, not too much located around but convenient to the airport. It was clean and a good price. I would recommend this hotel but it depends on what the visitor is looking for.
There wasn't a spa or a pool so I don't think that counts as a resort.
